1. Administrative & Secretarial Support


• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and basic reports as requested.


2. Meeting Support


• Attend internal meetings and simple business meetings as assigned.
• Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and logistics.
• Take meeting minutes, record key discussion points, decisions, and action items.
• Follow up on assigned action items and deadlines.


3. Coordination & Communication


• Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal departments.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to collect information, documents, or updates for the CEO.
• Ensure information is delivered accurately and in a timely manner.


4. Document & Information Management


• Maintain proper filing and documentation (both hard copy and digital).
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
• Support document translation or basic communication in English when required.


5. Other Support Tasks


• Assist in organizing company events, internal meetings, or simple executive activities.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the CEO.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, English, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in secretarial, administrative, or office support roles.
• Good command of English (written and basic spoken communication).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Careful, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
• Professional attitude and good time management.
