We’re looking for a Creative Executive (Content) who’s ready to think big, write smart, result-driven and follow their ideas from brainstorm to final production. You’ll work across two dynamic playgrounds: Marketing communication and Performance, driving both ideation and execution for VUS’s growing community of English learners.

Your main scopes:
• Ideation & Conceptualization: This is where it all begins. You’ll be the creative force behind big ideas and out-of-the-box concepts. Whether it’s a groundbreaking campaign or a quirky one-liner that sticks, your mind will be the engine behind it.
• Copywriting: You’re a master with words. Your copy will capture attention, whether it’s for an inspiring brand video, a digital ad, or a heartfelt brand story. You’ll write across all touchpoints—social, web, video scripts—taking on every medium with confidence.
• Brief crafting & asset production: Not only will you craft realistic and achievable creative briefs that get the entire team excited, but you’ll own your ideas throughout the production process. From initial sketches to final artwork, video content, or digital ads, you’ll work hand in hand with designers, video producers, and marketers to ensure your vision comes to life.
Your main playgrounds:
Marketing communication: This is where you’ll create stories that leave a mark and us stand out in the market. You’ll be shaping the VUS brand identity through clever content strategies and engaging narratives that speak to our values—confident, caring,
collaborative, and aspirational.
• Concept: Lead ideation sessions to bring big ideas to life that connect with our audience and reinforce our brand.
• Brand video: Write and execute video scripts that hit all the right notes—from emotional brand videos to educational content—creating moments that resonate.
• Content calendar: Shape a content calendar that brings VUS’s vision to every platform, creating consistent messaging that builds our brand across video, social, and web.
• Campaign planning: Plan and follow integrated campaigns that combine creativity and communication, ensuring VUS stands out in the education space.
Performance marketing: This is where words meet results. You’ll focus on crafting high-converting content for digital ads and video content that doesn’t just get seen—it gets results.
• Ad copy: Ideate and write sharp, conversion-focused copy for digital ads across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and more. Your words will turn heads and generate leads.
• Performance video: Create video scripts for high-impact, short-form content designed to drive action—whether it’s a 15-second Facebook ad or a YouTube pre-roll.
• Content optimization: You’re not afraid to get into the data and optimize copy based on performance, tweaking and refining until it’s just right.
Other playgrounds: As a member of our creative team, you’ll also have the opportunity to flex your creative muscles beyond just marketing. You’ll collaborate with other departments at VUS, such as Product, Corporate communications, and Internal events, providing creative support and ideas to help them achieve their goals. From product launches to internal events, your writing and ideas will play a key role in shaping VUS’s broader narrative and engagement strategies.
