As a Graphic Design Executive, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the visual identity of one of Vietnam’s leading English education brands across digital, print, and 3D platforms. Your creativity will directly impact how students and parents engage with our brand every day
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be a part of the marketing team’s creative development process across three key scopes:
1. Digital marketing & branding design
• Create visually compelling assets for social media, digital banners, paid ads, and email campaigns.
• Develop campaign key visuals that tie together messaging, design, and strategic objectives.
• Work with the marketing and content teams to align visuals with communication goals.
• Ensure all digital outputs are optimized for performance and maintain strong brand alignment.
2. Printable collateral
• Design high-quality print materials including brochures, flyers, classroom posters, POSM, and branded merchandise.
• Create FOH (front-of-house) visuals and OOH (out-of-home) materials such as lightboxes, standees, and signage.
• Adapt digital concepts for print while ensuring accuracy, print-readiness, and visual consistency.
3. 3D Visualization & brand asset development
• Use 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) to develop product mockups, branded objects, spatial visuals, or digital mascots.
• Visualize abstract or complex ideas in 3D to support campaign storytelling or internal concept pitching.
• Support ideation with hand-drawn sketches or digital illustrations as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital-first or in-house marketing environment.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and proficient in at least one 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a balance of digital campaign visuals, print-ready designs, and 3D works.
• Bonus: Ability to sketch or illustrate ideas to support creative concepting.
Skills and Qualifications

• Design with a data-driven mindset, aligning creative work with campaign performance metrics.
• Deep understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

• Clear communicator and proactive collaborator across departments.
• Curious, open-minded, and consistently evolving your creative toolkit.
