Responsible for all Input and Output metrics that have an impact on the Conversion Funnel in multiple product lines.

Managing and driving the growth of the product line business: Lead launches, build and execute on a strategic plan that delivers on key business opportunities for the product line.

Manage the growth budget and revenue for the products.

Work cross-functionally with multiple product teams.

Carrying out strategic interventions in a cross-functional team.

Stakeholder Management with Growth leaders including Performance Marketing, Content Sales, Inside Sales, Business Teams, and User Growth.

Generate new product ideas, enhancements to existing products and collate requests from both internal and external requestors.

Undertake market research and be an expert with respect to the competition.

Analyze internal systems and recommend enhancements to improve productivity.

Define, track and improve key metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings.


Yêu cầu

Should have 5+ years relevant experience as a Head of Growth in Edtech or a Category Growth Head in B2C digital products or a similar role.

Should have been involved in the profitability of the category of any business line.

Solid knowledge of category management, business development principles, product growth frameworks.

Excellent communication and people management skills.

A driven and visionary leader who leads by example.

Passion to work in a fast-paced company.

Education market knowledge is an added advantage.
