HR MANAGER (TEACHER DEPT.)

REQUIREMENTS

Nationality: Vietnamese
Education: BA in Human Resources Management or or related field
Experience: 5 years of experience in recruiting or similar HR role
English proficiency: fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
Computer skills: MS Office, Google Drive, Spreadsheets, Email, Presentations/Slideshows, Social Media


RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Employer Branding & Sourcing Planning
Oversee all the company’s business branding strategies to plan, establish and grow the company’s online presence on various work sites, social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube…) and blogging websites to attract prospective employees to the company.
Set up and manage an internet marketing system to promote job openings and career opportunities at the company
Expanding sources of candidates
II. Teacher recruitment
Make recruitment plans, forecast recruitment orders, fill recruitment orders and keep track of the budget for teacher recruitment
Deploy teacher recruitment process (screening, interviewing, offering jobs, assigning to campus)
III. Teacher management
Contract signing and contract renewal
Pay review
Handle disciplinary violations, resignation, and termination
Arrange campus transfers
Implement exit surveys
IV. Work permit – Visa
Arrange work permit and visa for teachers
