Mô tả công việc :
- Conduct full cycle recruitment and selection processes for teacher of English
positions. Recruitment process includes sourcing, screening and selection, interviewing, offer and on-boarding.
- Build, develop & maintain pools of teaching candidates through networking so that efforts are not
limited to job sites, employment agencies, and internet sites.
- Manage and update recruitment content and communication messages on different platforms
including website, external sourcing channels, Facebook Fanpage, Linkedin, etc.
- Work collaboratively with other HR Teachers Department staff and Campus Managers to ensure
employment offers and other HR administration for teaching staff is completed.
- Support analysis and reporting on different HR metrics including but not limited to sourcing channels,
recruitment pipelines, onboarding, turnover rate, etc.
- Contribute to recruitment budget planning activities as required.

Yêu cầu công việc :
- Education: Bachelor degree qualification in fields relevant to Human Resources (Recruitment/TA) and/or English Teaching is preferred
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Teacher Recruitment, Teaching is a plus.
- Good understanding of talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, hunting and selection process
- Skills and Attitude: Pro-active and independent, Customer service mindset, Ability to work under high pressure and fast paced working environment, Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit
- English proficiency: Advanced English level
- Computer skills: Proficient MS Office skills
