Build and lead a Sales team that is dedicated to delivering an excellent trial and conversion at scale.
Know how to build a great sales incentive program.
Serve as a coach and a leader, helping to develop the sales skills of your team as they grow in their career.
Manage day-to-day operations of your team including: escalations from your direct reports, the delivery of high-quality conversation and follow ups with the parents, and ensuring teams meets the monthly revenue and expense targets.
Understand customer and using data to make informed decisions about operational and process changes.
Work cross-functionally to ensure the ecosystem is in place to service these customers, including accepting leads allocation from marketing and handing over the customer after sales.
Build Sales Operations to provide realistic revenue and expense forecasts and projections to the management team.
Education : BA/BS degree in majors of Business Management/ Marketing/ Social Sciences… or relevant field.
Experience : Proven experience as a Sales (min. 5 years), with experience as leader and coach - able to motivate a team towards joint success (i.e: build a sales team from scratch, manage 100 sale staffs, deliver $1M revenue per month).
Edtech or B2C internet companies experience is a plus.
Comfortable handling targets and numbers.
Results driven - will not stop until the target is achieved from quarter-to-quarter.
Ability to withstand strong work pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility.
