I. Employer Branding & Sourcing for teacher recruitment
- Create branding strategies to develop the company’s online presence on various job sites, social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube…) and blogging websites to attract prospective teachers to the company
- Manage digital and direct recruitment marketing channels to promote job openings and career opportunities for teaching positions
- Expand and sustain sources of candidates for teaching positions
II. Teacher recruitment
- Conduct recruitment planning basing on the school’s demands and budget allocation
- Meet teacher recruitment order deadlines
- Execute & oversee the end-to-end teacher recruitment process (screening, interviewing, offering jobs, assigning to centers, onboarding, etc)
- Plan and keep track of the budget for teacher recruitment
III. Teacher management
- Contract signing and filing teachers’ documents
- Handle campus transfers, disputes, disciplinary violations, resignation, and termination
- Assist in organizing teachers’ annual events and activities (Teachers’ Day, Teachers’ Awayday, etc.)
IV. Reports
- Collect and analyze data to create reports for government sectors as required
- Collect and analyze data to create internal reports on demand
V. Other tasks assigned by Line manager and BOD.

Yêu cầu công việc :
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in teacher recruiting or similar role. Good understanding of talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, hunting and selection process
- Education: BA in English Teaching/ BA in English with a teaching certificate or at least 1 year of teaching experience
- English proficiency: fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Attitude: positive, high sense of responsibility and customer service, hands-on & detail-oriented, result-oriented, quick-learner
- Computer skills: MS Office, Google Drive, spreadsheets, emailing, presentation/slideshows, social media
- Education: BA in English Teaching/ BA in English with a teaching certificate or at least 1 year of teaching experience
