1. Liaisons with local stakeholders:
Identify and expand target potential local stakeholders/vendors and other institutions supporting the overseas study services
Deal with the local stakeholders for services setting and deliverables
Review and update regularly vendors list and products/services/quotation
Identify and clear the problems during process
2. Liaisons with clients (schools and colleges partners):
Being a contact point during the enrolment journey of VUS Overseas Study Services students and school partners.
Update the programs regularly from school partners to current and new students
Ensure the requested deliverables from school partners end-to-end during the students enrolment journey
3. Customers(students/parents) support:
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure students and parents satisfaction.
Be responsible for the smooth delivery of program running to all enrolments
4. Other duties assigned by line manager including but not limited to:
Regularly host the pre-departure events
Be responsible for satisfaction surveys execution to majority of customers

Yêu cầu công việc :
Min. 2-3 years of experience in education sector, preferably in the operation roles
Should be fluent in both English & Vietnamese
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
