1. Project Coordination & Tracking

• Coordinate multiple projects related to academic programs, center operations, new center openings, digital transformation, marketing campaigns, and student experience initiatives.
• Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
• Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks; proactively follow up with project owners to ensure corrective actions.

2. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Act as a central coordination point between Academic, Operations, Sales & Marketing, IT, HR/HRT, and Center Management teams.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment among stakeholders across different centers and departments.
• Support Project Managers and functional leads in planning and execution.

3. Reporting & Dashboard Management

• Prepare consolidated project status reports, dashboards, and progress summaries for PMO Manager and senior leadership.
• Monitor key project KPIs including timeline adherence, readiness status, and implementation progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project trackers and documentation.

4. Governance & Process Support

• Support the implementation of PMO standards, project templates, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure projects comply with internal processes, approvals, and quality standards.
• Support project reviews, post-implementation reviews, and lessons learned sessions.

5. Meeting & Follow-up Management

• Organize project meetings, cross-functional check-ins, and steering committee meetings.
• Document meeting minutes, decisions, and action items.
• Follow up on commitments to ensure actions are completed on time.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, Project Management, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, operations, or multi-project environments.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
