POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for planning and executing recruitment marketing and employer branding activities to to support talent attraction and hiring needs across the system. The role focuses on recruitment marketing campaigns, internal & external communication, teaching staff engagement activities, visual design, and performance reporting to strengthen VUS employer brand and enhance candidate and employee experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding
- Plan and execute recruitment marketing to support hiring demands nationwide, including digital ads, internal, and external platforms.
- Manage recruitment content across digital channels, including social media, internal platforms, job boards, and newsletters.
- Design creative recruitment & EB materials, including posts, videos, visuals, and campaign concepts.
- Plan and execute employer branding activities through social media, internal platforms, job boards, and newsletters.
- Support events such as job fairs and teaching staff engagement activities at campuses to enhance employee engagement and promote organizational updates.
- Ensure all materials are aligned with employer branding guidelines and company identity.
2.Reporting & Other Tasks
- Track campaign, social media, and recruitment marketing performance using reporting templates and systems.
- Prepare regular reports related to recruitment marketing activities, campaign performance, engagement results, and budget tracking.
- Support administrative processes related to recruitment marketing and employer branding activities, including vendor coordination, documentation, purchase requests, payment follow-up, contracts, and event logistics.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a relevant major
- At least 1 year of experience in employer branding, marketing, communications, or related fields
- Experience in education is an advantage.
- Language proficiency: Equivalent to IELTS 6.0
- Strong communication and content planning and content writing skills
- Creative mindset with good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
- Good coordination and project management skills.
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Knowledge of digital ads is an advantage
- Good visual sense and proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and deliver work with strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting, documentation, and coordination tasks
- At least 1 year of experience in employer branding, marketing, communications, or related fields
