Design and develop IT architectures of groundbreaking software solutions for VUS digital educational products and platforms.
Leading, recruiting & developing the software engineering team, helping them to unleash their full potential and maintain high standards & quality of work.
- Profound experience in Golang, Postgres/Mysql
- You have professional experience with cloud (AWS, Google Cloud Platform or Azure), containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiar with NextJs, Flutter/Dart
- Have advanced knowledge of complex software design, distributed system design, design patterns, data structures, algorithms and protocol.
- Excellent data analytics skills and ability to explore and identify data issues.
- Profound experience with CI/CD, SCM, Prometheus, Grafana, building and deploying infrastructure with cloud deployment technologies
- Familiar with mobile game engines and development platforms
- Decent knowledge in payment gateway integration with e-wallets (Momo, Zalopay, etc.), internet banking, visa master, in-app purchase, etc. is a BIG PLUS.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to an agile team of developers, thus helping them improve their technical and soft skills

- 5+ years of backend developer experience (Golang preferred)
- Recent and minimum 2 years experience as Team Lead/Technical Lead
- 3+ years of mobile or frontend developer experience
- Have a good command of English and can confidently collaborate with external partners/stakeholders.
